I've realized something.....just venting really!
Sometimes I am hard headed...
. I am 4 months out lost 80 pds my doctor said your doing well. But I don't think so. I've tested my sleevie and pushed myself today at lunch instead of eating 6 steamed shrimp my normal I ate 8! I was sick all day. It is 9pm and I ate this sh** at 12pm. What have I learned. For one I need to slow down and eat take the 30 minutes to eat and 2 when my fat greedy butt gets enough..I've had ENOUGH!.. Now I have to find me an exercise program I can stick with. I was going to the gym 3 times a week but finals (school) have gotten the best of me. I do walk 30 minutes 5 days a week. But I think I do more. Husband and I are going on a cruise Labor day weekend by then I want to be down 100 pds....... Any suggestions?
I've been looking at the Wii system but I loose interest in things real quick. I am bottom heavy so that is my target area.

You are soooo not alone. Re training our brains will take awhile but we will succeed.

thing is, at least you know where you need to put your attention...congrats on 80lbs in 4 mths...thats awesome!!!
do some weight bearing exercises to build muscle...push ups, arm curls, squats...do some water aroebics...up your walking up little by little or increase the intensity...enough to work up a good sweat.

Gurl why don't you get rid of Tyra and put your beautiful face in that spot :-) I think you are doing great and I wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss. The only thing that I would recommend is that you consider starting some weight training in the near future. It is definitely working for me and its never too early to start. There's this book...Lift like a man...Look Like a Goddess that was recommended to me. It tell you a number of good ideas about how to lose the fat through weight training. Just google it. Again...keep up the good work.

it was so crazy reading this post because i feel the same way. I have to also train my brain. Im over a year out and i still sometimes overeat. Even with excersie i feel like if i dont work out an hour or more that i didnt acomplish much of anything (Just venting myself). Hang in there it takes time but you'll get it.
